Started my career path within Sainsbury's where I was a temporary member of staff trusted to complete waste checks on the late night shift. following this with successful implementation I was able to grow my career and started a team leader course which I passed, 3 years later I left the company to join Marks and Spencers.Within Marks and Spencers I took a Team Leader role on the late night foods section, During this I was accountable to roster the team, complete waste checks and ambient depth of fill through my team. I then was moved onto days where I was able to showcase my talent and lead a team of 90+ people with 4 other leaders, I lead the team with succession and was asked to take part in an A development plan to make me a manager of the future.
