Between January 2018 and January 2019 I worked as a Telesales Advisor at Eaton Lighting in Doncaster. I worked closely with our RAM’s and internal departments to raise quotations, build relationships and manage our internal databases (CRM, SAP, BidManager). I took an active part in regional meetings to discuss where the company could progress in the future. The role allowed me to gain valuable insights into the business practices of a corporate company and I have expanded my technical knowledge in the field of lighting dramatically whilst working for Eaton.

Reporting to the Marketing Executive, my role saw me working directly with many different staff members in Premier Partnership from the Administration team, right through to the Senior Managers. During my time at Premier Partnership, I was able to gain a range of skills and working within such a small team meant that my role was very varied, allowing me to become competent in a wide range of Marketing tasks.
