-Collaborated with fellow executive board members to create our annual conference for the 2024 cohort that promotes personal and professional development. -Revised our membership team's recruitment protocol and taught our leadership about interview techniques aimed at selecting the most qualified attendees.-Assisted in planning and executing developmental workshops and educational seminars for a 3-day conference aimed at empowering participants with practical skills, insightful knowledge, and valuable networking opportunities.-Served as a mentor to the 25 top leaders of the freshman class, providing them with a variety of resources for their development, specifically, by coaching them toward becoming a more distinguished leader.

-Selected as one of the top 25 leaders of the freshman class.-Attended a professional and personal development conference led by executive board members and other accomplished speakers.-Actively participated in lectures focused on topics such as resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and other leadership and interpersonal skills.

-Monitors, documents, and reports vital signs incrementally throughout a 12-hour shift, collaborating with nurses and other healthcare providers to ensure prompt intervention and maintain patient safety.-Aids in providing essential patient care across a 24-bed unit, ensuring comfort and well-being through assistance with daily activities and medical rehabilitation.-Facilitates high-quality patient experiences by assisting with transport, promoting cleanliness, and upholding infection control standards.-Delivers personalized care by addressing patient requests, devising strategic resolutions to address concerns, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

-Prepares and administers collegiate exams to accommodate over 5,500 students with disabilities.-Collaborates with professors in compliance with DRC policies and procedures to remove accessibility barriers to ensure an inclusive learning environment.-Provides training and mentorship to approximately 25 oncoming employees to promote their professional development and enhance our team's performance.-Utilizes various Microsoft programs, along with the GATR-Portal, to assist students and staff navigate their accommodated testing requests, exam materials, and scheduling.
