Oversee all construction, purchasing, and accounting activities. Including plan development, entitle and development projects, prepare project proformas, manage field employees and office employees.

Managed all field construction activities for multiple residential subdivisions. At this time CDB was building about 50 houses a year. Position included managing field employees, trade partners, and communication with the sales represenatives. Goals were to ensure the field employees kept houses on schedule, in budget, and complete for homeowner walk thru.
