• Reduce overspend to sales by assisting in providing an alternative product solution as and when applicable.
• Assist in sales enquires where required, take detailed information and prepare quotes. (Answer Phone Calls)
• Assist in creating standard project folders and these are then to be kept up to date. All relevant sales information is filed in the correct manner and in accordance with Sign On policies and procedures.
• Consistently follow up on submitted quotes to close business. (As Required)
• Complete project take-offs as and when required.
• Customer engagement through face to face meetings or telephone/email requests as and when required. (As Required)
