• Actively participate in shipment management in order to deliver superior customer service, including but not limited to:o Monitoring of customer shipmentso Provide guidance to CSPSAs to answer / resolve shipment issueso Ability to resolve issues without direct instruction from customer. o Sound judgement and ability to manage issues and escalate to AOD management, as needed.o Making financial decisions in the best interest of the customer. Identify cost savings opportunities and weigh alternative options before acting.• Ability to work with AOD systems • Responsible for key communication and relationships between AOD and customer through various mechanisms including email, phone, face to face contact.• Research and development of assigned customers, including travel to various locations for meetings and/or support.• Ability to develop relationships vertically and horizontally within a customer.• Responsibilities include off-hours accessibility and on-call availability • Participate in continuous improvement and other AOD cultural initiatives.• Working with the Quality Department to:o Identify service issues or improvement opportunitieso Participate in the investigating process failures for root cause to determine requirement to fail-safe and/or reduce such failureso Effectively communicating findings and resolution to customer o Assist with documenting processes and procedures in accordance to customer requirements as well as within AOD QMS standards.• Working with the Training Department to:o Assist in the proper communication, documentation and training to CSPSAs• Evaluate and manage metrics reporting and conduct necessary conference calls, and/or arrange metrics meetings with customers. • Generate and/or coordinate customer requirements with other functional areas of AOD.• Provide client vendor development, as needed.
