During my internships at Beacon I was assigned a multitude of responsibilities as an administrative support assistant at the reception desk. One project that I worked on that stands out was the Beacon Customer Relations Program. This was a campaign that reaches out directly to the residents of Beacon's 60+ communities across New England to gather new ideas and hear opinions. I learned that to create growth in the company, you must first stimulate growth in its underlying communities, which was the objective of the Beacon Customer Relations Program. A company that aligns itself with positive and meaningful interests is something that keeps me engaged.
