Senior Vice President Of Acquisitions
CurrentJake Spring joined Xebec in 2016 and serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. Mr. Spring is responsible for identifying acquisition targets, performing financial and economic analyses, managing and executing the due diligence process, and negotiating deal terms. Prior to his current role, Mr. Spring served as a Vice President of Acquisitions for Xebec. During his tenure at Xebec, he has been involved in closing over 1,300 acres of land for the development of over 16.5 million square feet of industrial space. Previously, Mr. Spring served Real Estate and Financial Services clients as part of Deloitte’s audit services teams in their Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles offices.Mr. Spring has earned Master’s degrees in Real Estate Development and Business Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Accounting with a sequence in Financial Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
