Managing the preparation, setup, and execution of Antiques auctions. This involves shipping and receiving large quantities of furniture and other assorted items. Received items are cleaned, repaired and made presentable. These items are then pictured and stage in anticipation of the auction. I help fulfill multiple roles during the auction including handling bids over the phone and online. As well as ensuring a good customer experience during the auction. After the auction I am responsible for helping handle the departure of sold pieces including moving, packaging and shipping the pieces as well as helping customers who prefer to do it on their own. In addition to that I am helping the owner cleanup, stage and decorate a retail shop in downtown Sulphur Springs. This includes minor construction such as hanging items and creating inviting features to the building.

Residential roofing and contracting.Spent my time prospecting for leads. This involved door knocking, phone calls and e-mails. As a lead progressed I would pitch our services and suggest what needed to be done. Oftentimes I would have to explain the concept of homeowners insurance and the proper times to file a claim and I would help coach the homeowner through the process of filing. After getting an initial paper signed allowing us to converse directly with homeowners insurance (for insurance jobs). We would sign the contract. After signing the contract I would communicate consistently and effectively with the client regarding the scheduling and process of work that we would be completing on their house. As well as collecting the deposit and any additional payments or insurance checks. During installations I would be present as much as possible ensuring all the materials were correctly delivered and that the installation team was aware of any potential problems, as well as concerns that the customer may have. After work was completed I would thoroughly inspect the final installation, taking pictures and videos of everything for future reference and as proof that we fulfilled our promises to the homeowner. I would then collect the final check and make sure that everything was completed squared away. Trinity as a whole was very proud of their commitment to customer service, and I was proud to work there and be able to help out homeowners while giving them the peace and confidence in both me and trinity as a whole.
