As a data project manager at AssuredPartners, I contribute to the development and delivery of data-driven solutions for my corporate team. I use Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other tools to create, manage, and present reports and dashboards that provide insights and recommendations for employee benefits programs.In 2023 I completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Central Missouri, where I was given the opportunity to hone my analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. I have completed multiple online certifications on data literacy, data analysis, and data visualization from edX, enhancing my proficiency and confidence in working with data. I am passionate about the financial analytics field and eager to learn from experienced professionals and apply my knowledge and skills to real-world challenges.My previous military career as an autonomic logistics information systems expediter in the U.S. Air Force has taught me the value of teamwork, adaptability, and leadership. I have led a small team in analyzing trends and performance indicators for aircraft maintenance and logistics, ensuring optimal readiness and efficiency. I have also traveled and worked in various locations and cultures, gaining a broader perspective and appreciation for diversity and inclusion.In my spare time, I enjoy capturing professional portrait photos, investing in the market, spending time with family and friends, and getting out of my comfort zone.
