Working under Ghosted Road Productions, secured a three-album contract with Gold’n Retriever Entertainment, a label spun from RCA Records by president and industry veteran, Joe Riccitelli.Works directly with the Gold’n Retriever leadership team on a daily basis to navigate the entertainment industry as we work to successfully fulfill the album contract and develop the Jake Thistle brand.Co-managed activities include business planning, recording, logistics, production, public relations, and more.

Responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of the umbrella business founded to support work in the entertainment field.Personally formalized the effort into a legal LLC to serve as a fully-functioning business with the goal of maximizing revenue generated by my creative endeavors while reducing business risk.Responsible for ongoing business development, tour logistics, payroll for all hired musicians, legal considerations, tax obligations, merchandising, marketing, public relations and social media.Under my sole direction, successfully converted this part-time endeavor into a full-time, financially viable business venture.Strategic planning, effective multitasking, diligent project management, and relationship building have been critical in effectively progressing the business.
