As the Regional Commissioner's Assistant I went to monthly board meetings, took minutes, and helped in tasks with each board position. This included working with the finance manager for payments and purchases, working with the safety manager for field setup and control, and working with the coach development manager to help coaches that were struggling throughout the season. I also volunteered as a coach for one of the youth teams.

Developed league rules, interviewed and selected coaches, setup league schedules, roster management, and certifications. Developed and executed tryouts, banquets, weekly meetings with the coaches, and tournament play. Enjoyed getting coach appreciation gifts, player awards, and coach awards.

Continued to succeed in both operations and performance.
