At Riverstone Structural Concepts I perform a comprehensive design of wood light frame construction including residential and commercial structural design. I perform as a project manager and lead designer for light frame wood residential and commercial construction projects. I perform as a project secondary and support designer and modeler for concrete, steel and masonry commercial construction. At Riverstone structural concepts I have the incredible ability of being both a design engineer as well as a 3-D Building Information Modeler. Using the power of complete multi-user collaborative software I am able to implement designs to contractors, owners, and clients with a level of efficiency, 3-D accuracy and speed that is unmatched in the engineering world.-Analyzing configurations of the basic structural components of structures-Liaising with other designers, including architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction-Making 3-D interactive and multi-collaborative drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contractors-Applying expert knowledge of the forces that act on various structures
