Our delivery model lasers in on: - Delivering deeper and broader pre transaction insights through our range of specialist M&A due diligence capabilities, across risk, IP, human capital, cyber security, commercial due diligence, ESG and strategic consulting.- Harnessing and capturing financial upside to enhance returns by deploying innovative insurance instruments to the capital and legal structure of the transactions- Securing investments through the proactive delivery of structured risk and human capital solutions post transaction to the portfolio companies- Identifying and developing innovative solutions to unlock the lower cost of insurance capital to facilitate transactions, de-risk strategic issues, all focused on driving fund IRR.

Working within Aon's EMEA & US M&A and transaction solutions team, I manage a number of Global & Pan-European Private Equity & Infrastructure relationships focusing on M&A advisory leveraging insurance capital as an alternative financial instrument, along with financially motivated risk, insurance, human capital and cyber security due diligence. Further commercial and capital markets support provided to sponsors looking at the insurance/insurtech sector from an investment standpoint.

Responsible for the the Private Equity division at Baronsmead, which is an independent specialist broker that provides financial risk insurance, guidance and risk management to the investment management industry, catering for over 500 funds with an AUM in excess of $180bn.
