I then spent time in the sales team working both on-trade and off-trade, gaining experience in a field sales environment. I also lead on events including trade shows such as the Royal Cornwall Show, sampling sessions and onsite events. This role also including working in marketing and ecommerce. I managed the online shop, social media management and new product development. I also played a part in Finance & HR, using Pegasus Opera for invoicing orders, stock management and raising purchase orders to recruitment for the visitor team during peak season.
