As a senior software engineer on the Steam team, I am part of an extremely motivated and experienced group of people. I help drive Steam architecture and be a key coding contributor. I design and deliver new features to enable new game experiences, deliver all kinds of digital content to millions of customers, enhance community features, and drive revenue. I must be experienced in all phases of a project lifecycle and have great customer focus.

As the lead gameplay engineer, I design, build, and optimize the core gameplay technologies that lie at the heart of our game. I also guide colleagues along their journey to being superior gameplay engineers. Ultimately, I influence the backbone and infrastructure that runs our games, enable our designers and artists to build even more amazing characters, worlds, and experiences. I enable experiences that our players would previously have thought to be impossible on the platform at hand. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with the game designers, designing new technologies that expand the gameplay in ways never before thought possible.
