- Maintain and build client base in new territory for company expansion. - Estimating paint, specialty coatings, wall coverings and flooring systems for commercial and industrial projects. - Manage and coordinate ongoing projects, change orders, scheduling, and budget requirements for each job. - Submit full proposals for all painting and flooring projects

-Follow up on leads provided by company to meet with customers for all painting projects-Submit proposals for each job, interior exterior commercial and residential-Maintain and built relationships with clients to further growth in CT-Manage and oversee all projects with up to 6 crews of painters and 30 workers-Manage and submit all proposals and invoices through our network on sales force

• Work with internal and external parties to initiate and run projects. • Coordinate schedules and activities, place orders for supplies and materials, and track progress and results. • Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.• Assist managing crew of 5-6, painters and general contractors, to complete projects and general building maintenance. • Work with project manager to build up client base, reach out to companies to offer services and build new client relationships.• Trained emlployees to work with clients office services team, focused on stocking and inventory of all office supplies in copy room throughout several buildings. • Monitor OST porters work, respond to any issues from client and address them with employees to meet expectations.

• Assist management team in day to day operations, help organizing ancillary teams and sub-contractors. • Fielding phone calls, word processing, creating spreadsheets and templates, and organizing files. • Train employees to work with client’s office services team, providing stocking and inventory of all major office supplies throughout 5 client buildings.• Work with paint team to complete monthly deficiencies, repairing walls and general upkeep painting for commercial and residential. • Recruit and contact potential employees, set up interviews and assist managers in selecting candidates and taking part in the interview process.
