Technical Service Representative:Provide troubleshooting and repair service, installation, set-up and refurbishing for proprietary computers, printers, and electro-mechanical die cut machines•Provide superior customer service experience and technical support to product consumers and product dealers•Data entry of product consumer and product dealer quotes/orders to ensure accurate delivery•Repair and refurbish computers, printers, and electro-mechanical dies cut machines•Execute quality testing of nonconforming spare parts and supplies to ensure quality control•Train product dealer technicians and new hires on new and legacy products•Identify and document policies and procedures to ensure effective resource utilizationWarehouse Lead:Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirements. •Responsible for shipping, receiving, picking and putting away all orders•Maintain warehouse including inventory management, cleanliness, and organization•Identified, established, and documented policies and procedures for effective warehouse management•Maintain vendor relationships through fulfillment of purchase orders

DutiesInspect, maintain and calibrate everything from logic boards to weapons control systems to ensure mission success. •Maintain aircraft electronic equipment such as fire-control radar systems, communications/navigation systems, flight control systems and flight data recorder systems•Repair both the aircraft equipment and the associated test equipment•Test, repair, align and calibrate the pieces of main test equipment (test stations) and use various standard test equipment, e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters and RF measurement devices•Understand and apply computer hardware, computer languages and electronics fundamentals•Managed inventory and workflow•Data entry into Core Automated Maintenance System(CAMS)
