I have gained skills and wisdom many find helpful on the journey “back home” to wellness, no matter where you are. ** Finding the Zen in Mood Swings: What do you do when you want to jump out of your own skin? I’ve been there. Navigating bipolar mood swings is challenging. The silver lining lies in leaning into the mood and having the right support. ** Handling Depression: Getting out of bed is hard some days, and it’s 100x harder when you’re depressed. There are attainable steps to pulling yourself out, and I have hard-earned experience on how to do it. ** Cultivating Grace for Yourself: Living with mental illness is difficult, and in my experience, no one is harder on you than yourself. I can share coping strategies to cultivate self love and grace for ourselves. ** Living Beyond PTSD: Waking up to night terrors covered in sweat is nobody's ideal nighttime ritual.
