During my internship, I designed co-cured composite tooling, sand-which structure tooling with the use of male, female, and soft tooling for composite structures.Experience with hand lay-up and wet Filament Winding.I also designed a wrote the process for the vehicle integration concept for composite structures.

Created a reusable mold and casted part with protocast 850• Extensive knowledge on polymers and polymer manufacturing processes. Injection molding, Extrusion, Blow molding, Thermoforming, Film sheet forming, Rotational forming, Compression molding. Senior Design Project for TSGC and NASA Present-December '15•Designing and Manufacturing a core drilling mechanism that would in theory be used on Mars.•Creating a down force mechanism that propels the drill bit downward while also anchoring the drill and stabilizing it.

Brought the application to the Texas State University campus.•Held class presentations on the application to promote and build awareness for the application.•Contacted local businesses and brought them onto the application, creating discounts and free items that are available to Texas State University students.
