o Assist in creating the overall vision and execution of Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre events; including the Jr. Jays program, Friday Fan Festivals, Season Ticket Member events, Winter Tour, Winter Fest, various Blue Jays theme days, giveaways, and Amateur Baseball events.o Logistics coordination of event set-ups and tear-downso Assist in management of 55+ part time staff members o Assist in overseeing event budgetso Management and booking of various event vendorso Assist in overseeing and executing VIP parties for Rogers Centre concerts

o Activation Team member as well as Event Set-upo Responsible for improving game day fan experienceo Setting up various activations inside and outside the stadium, as well as organizing and running activations for fans of all ages o Helping set-up and organization of special events o Supervising and operating promotional game day giveaways at given Rogers Centre gates
