Responsible for monitoring systems and reacting to alarms/events generated within an infrastructure monitoring platform based on corresponding procedures. Part of a team that is responsible for 24x7x365 maintenance and monitoring of applications and systems. Responsibilities:• Monitor, identify and resolve alerts utilizing BMC Patrol on varying operating systems including; AS400, UNIX & Windows• Identifying problems as they occur and working with tier II personnel to resolve or escalate problems that arise• Following procedures for troubleshooting and reporting errors, utilizing CA Autosys & HelpSystems Robot tool• Maintaining the corporate network providing monitoring, troubleshooting and escalation • Monitor and identify application health check failures and following proper procedure to resolve or escalate issue accordingly• Monitor Data Center environmental conditions, performing escalations as required• Offering overnight help desk providing password resets, troubleshooting and escalation to tier II if needed

Along with selling rare items, overstock games and console/accessory parts online.Responsibilities:• Diagnosing, repairing, testing and prepping consoles, and accessories to be sold in store• Utilizing non repairable consoles and accessories in cost effective ways such as selling extra parts online or scraping the extra metal.• Selling rarer items online, researching value and ensuring the proper value is obtained • Shipping and customer services via online auction sites and the companies web store• Splitting merchandise from store to store to ensure a wide variety of stock at each store
