During my time at Ted Baker I have been actively progressing throughout the store in Bicester Village from a Seasonal member of staff, to Senior Sales for both Menswear and Womanswear department. Through the Senior Sales position, it was very based on proactively making commercial decisions for stock placement on the floors on a weekly basis and driving my teams to achieve company targets for the store and to go above and beyond. May 2015l, I then got promoted to Deputy Manager for our concession in Milton Keynes House of Fraser. This role has been very heavily based around company administration, complying with company guidelines that are requires, Visual Merchandising, operational procedures, stock handling/counts/and stock takes, recruitment, conducting team reviews one-to-one. During my time in Milton Keynes the location manager has been on Maternity Leave, so we have had a duel sight manager over the past 7 months which has resulted in my stepping up as the only full time manager for the location since May 2015.
