I am a confident, hard-working individual with a keen interest in IT technical and application support.Currently, I am working in a 3rd line technical support role responsible for upgrading the Synergy suites of various Servelec customers, as well as resolving issues in Servelec’s Synergy hosted infrastructure and domain.Throughout my university career I spent my time developing a wide range skills from history, IT and leadership to more right-brained skills such as music, martial arts and creative thinking. All the time I didn't devote to my degree I spent in official and unofficial club and society activities. Living that way for three years instilled in me a passion to develop and watch projects grow, sometimes even more than one at once!In my down time I enjoy keeping fit by running, bouldering, practicing Karate and playing Volleyball; I cook; I design narrative campaigns for tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons or Warhammer; I play video-games and generally participate in anything else that can be considered nerdy.I’m a driven and focussed individual. I feel that teams are most productive when they’re made up of ‘friends’ instead of just ‘colleagues’ and I will always put in the extra mile to ensure the desk runs smoothly and critical calls get addressed as soon as possible.Looking forward to connecting with you.
