Jake is a founder of NOMINN, a studio that specializes in architectural visualization and 3D rendering. He has over 10 years of experience in creating photorealistic visuals for clients such as Foster and Partners, Snohetta, Zaha Hadid, Steinway and Sons, and Nike. He is also a certified visualizer by the State of Art Academy, one of the leading institutions in the field.Before launching NOMINN, Jake was a Senior Manager of 3D Visualization at WeWork, where he led a team of 25 artists and oversaw the production of high-quality images and animations for the global coworking company. He also trained and mentored new hires, established best practices and workflows, and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders. He has been recognized for his excellence and innovation by several publications and awards, such as Architizer, CG Record Magazine, Evermotion, Ronen Bekerman, D2 Conferences, and the American Society of Architectural Illustrators. He has also shared his knowledge and insights at international events, such as Total Chaos in Sofia, Bulgaria. Jake is passionate about architectural visualization and its potential to enhance the design and communication of built environments. He is always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals and creatives. He holds degrees in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, and Photography from North Dakota State University, where he won the Colliton Memorial Award for his outstanding thesis project.
