Sales Lead at a Boutique Wine Shop focusing on family-owned, organic, and small scale wineries. Roles include merchandising shop and upholding quality standards, wine sales both in person and outreach, setting up and leading on and off site events, coordinating wine deliveries, and updating e-commerce.

Began experience at this fine dining Basque inspired restaurant as an expeditor before moving to working as a line cook. Then transitioned to the front of house as a server, learning how to provide upscale customer service and hospitality, while concurrently learning more about cuisine, wine, liquor and how to appropriately sell them.

Started as a host at a busy upscale Detroit-style pizza restaurant on the beltline. Worked up to server, learning how to provide an excellent dining experience, while gaining knowledge on alcohol.
