Special Projects Region.Working as a Site manager on Fish Island Village in Hackney Wick. Site consists of 480 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments over 18 blocks. Taking the project from concrete frame to handover to the customer.

Site Manager for Taylor Wimpey East London working with a team, building a six phase development on the old A1 Meeanee Barracks in the historic town of Colchester. Comprising of one and two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses, 590 in total, all being built to CoSH lever 3 & 4. Four historic English heritage buildings are to be refurbished, these being the two single-storey quard house and medical centre and the two officers quarters built in 1898. These are to be 1, 2 & 3 bedroom luxury apartments and 2 & 3 bedroom mews houses 64 in total. Overall Contract Value £145m. I report to my Project Manager and Production Manager if there are any issues I feel Need their input.

Worked as a an Assistant Site Manager. My roles consist of time management by producing gantt charts to show 'real time' activities, managing the operatives on site and giving them daily tasks and managing Health & Safety on site.
