I started off as a trainee in 2015 with no relevant skills related to arboriculture. Now operating as an experienced arb manager of Groundlord, along the way I have gained skills in aerial works, including pruning, dismantling, complex rigging of trees and mewp based works. I have also gained an abundance of ground based skills, such as felling, managing of single and multiple sites, industry health and safety, quotations of works, dealing with clients, training our staff, and managing expectations of staff and clients.
