Responsible for closing, servicing and asset management of an assigned portfolio of commercial real estate loans originated by commercial lendersReview commitment letters and underwriting files, complete escrow analysis, review closing statements, work with closing attorney and borrower for construction loans to ensure completeness before loan disbursementsRegularly review, analyze, and process draw requests, budget reallocations, and lot releases for commercial real estate loans based on project completion and coordinate funding of loan settlements and regular draw takedowns with theappropriate internal departments and external participantsIdentify critical risks or project setbacks through careful analysis of submitted documentation and work with contractors, vendors, engineers, inspectors, attorneys and CPA's to acquire any documentation and resolve any project issues that ariseWork with relationship managers and borrowers to ensure all construction projects adhere to conditions outlined in the building loan agreement while providing an excellent customer experience
