I am responsible for obtaining the capital necessary to finance our initiatives and oversee the profitable development of our systems and opportunities.

We developed turnkey web tools for 4 industries and sold services nationally.Raised $250,000 in initial capital.Largest single sale was $1,000,000 to a Fortune 500 Company based in Dallas.By 12th month in business had over 200 clients nationwide paying $117 / month for service, and over $2,500 up front.Traveled / spoke nationally to market products and recruit capital.Navigated the pitfalls many growing companies face:1. We failed to acquire the capital required to sustain and support our growth.2. Expanded to too many industries too fast (creating greater capital demands and spreading our resources too thin). 3. Our product was built with proprietary software, and the parent company who created it collapsed in litigation requiring us to either reinvent our products, platform & equipment, or purchase the company that owned the platform.I oversaw the product development, raised capital, sales and marketing... entire process - and loved every minute!

Traveled throughout the U.S. consulting with business owners in nearly every industry.Developed targeted industry specific products and a network of Joint-Venture partners to create monthly revenues in excess of $50,000 per month.Hired and trained employees, contracted with vendors to build out network infrastructure, and organized our clients as "Members" in a community-type culture where clients contributed to the "Value Added" of our Company.Oversaw development of course curriculum and its implementation. Directed and spoke at multiple national events as a featured sponsor, and as a guest speaker.Increased company revenues by over 1000% during my tenure.
