Trained in high-throughput functional genetic screening, biochemistry, and fluorescence microscopy in mammalian cells and tissues. Developed CRISPR-Cas9 mediated genetic screening approaches to interrogate proteins within sequence space, identified peptide based anti-mitotic cancer therapeutics, and revealed novel mechanisms by which human cells ensure chromosome segregation fidelity.
