Project Engineer
Current- Responsible Engineer of numerous critical natural gas compressor station assets in both greenfield and brownfield expansion projects, including field erected buildings (Compressor, Warehouse, and Electrical buildings), modular building packages (Instrument Air, Utility Heat Medium, Control Room, Kitchen/Bathroom, Generator, MCC, Water Treatment, and fuel gas building modules), and various pressure vessels.- Reviewed engineering drawings and documentation such as equipment datasheets, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), building drawings, and various vendor document submittals.- Developed engineering deliverables such as Design Basis Memorandum (DBM), Engineering Work Package (EWP), project specifications, Site Design Conditions, and Scope of Work (SOW) for vendor equipment and building packages.- Prepared procurement deliverables such as material/equipment requests for quote (RFQs), technical bid clarifications, bid evaluation and material request for purchase packages.- Conducted regular meetings with clients and vendors to provide engineering progress updates and address any underlying issues that may impact project performance or schedule.- Managed a multidisciplinary team of engineers, including process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, structural, and civil disciplines, to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.- Participated in 3D model review (30% / 60% / 90% / 100%) activities, ensuring that all design elements are accurately represented and that any potential issues are identified and addressed before construction begins.
