-Architected and developed highly-available and fault-tolerant serverless natural language Business Intelligence reporting products using API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, Route 53, S3, etc.-Collaborated with team of internal and external data scientists, engineers, product managers and executives to validate hypotheses and deploy solutions. -Led client-facing professional-service engagements in CPG, retail, healthcare (practice-management), supply-chain and food distribution industries.- Managed DevOps scripting (Python, Boto3, AWS CodePipeline) and configuration management (CloudFormation, Serverless Framework).- Served as point-of-contact with Amazon as an AWS APN Technology Partner.

Served as a lead solutions architect and developer for the consulting firm's key clients across North America, Europe and Africa. Manager of technology / data strategy as our company grew from infancy to purchasing from 1 million + farmers in the region, producing tens of millions of transactions per year. An especially challenging position, I was tasked with developing a technology strategy for our group of regional coffee-export companies located in extremely low-bandwidth East African regions. I played a hands-on role, designing, architecting and developing key data systems, including critical offline data collection software deployments in remote coffee buying sites, including the company's primary Supply Chain management systems and ERP solutions.- Collaborated with Monitoring & Evaluation team to deploy a technical product facilitating the measurability and effectiveness of a farmer training initiative serving 200,000+ families.- Facilitated finance-related reporting for internal stakeholders and partner banks, including risk management (commodity futures vs physical positions) and supplier financial services- Managed and deployed IoT mobile payment / banking solution, allowing coffee farmers to weigh coffee at point-of-sale and receive immediate digital payments through mobile money (M-Pesa).- I transitioned the company from 100% on-prem to a hybrid AWS cloud strategy, leveraging remote VPC environments containing EC2 instances and Amazon WorkSpaces in nearby regions.
