Over my almost 20 years in finance, I have honed my ability to see the opportunity in the rapidly changing world of Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor operations. I am passionate about the process of creating solutions whether through technology, in collaboration with my team or through individual learning process. Being flexible and driven by constant improvement makes me and those around me more effective.I believe that there is always something to learn, something to solve, something to improve. I enjoy working though the process and creating solutions through collaboration, discovery and strategy. Whether I’m performing due diligence evaluations on new investment products, project management on new technologies, streamlining our onboarding process for new advisors, or working with our sales/marketing teams on how to promote our process to prospective advisors I seek to optimize method, improve communication and implement constructive pathways forward. Being challenged on so many fronts is itself a reward allowing me to become a resource to our clients, my teammates and my leadership. I have a Masters of Science in Finance from Webster University.
