    - Grand Canyon: A male/female singer/songwriter duo from Toronto who make gentle esoteric alt-folk and country. With only one EP release to their name I have recently taken them on, helping to promote them remotely, making use of the latest social media tools and online promotions. - Francis Hill: A topline songwriter and vocalist who has helped create hits for some of the top pop and dance acts, including Basshunter (#1 and #17 in UK album charts, with platinum sales), Darren Styles (#4 in UK charts, with gold sales) and Ultrabeat, and is currently working with Armin Van Buuren, Noisia, Sean Tyas and Chase & Status. This involved the gradual development of contacts within the dance industry, presenting my client at meetings, negotiating deal terms and advising on artistic direction.- The Cutaway: South-west London indie/folk band. I have aided them in a whole raft of areas including: A&R advice on recordings; remixing tracks; booking shows; negotiating terms; self-release strategy; online marketing; promotion through press and radio channels, and everything in between. For this project, among many other things, I set up a text-to-preorder mobile mechanic which went live a month pre-release and was heavily promoted at live shows and online. The EP sales currently stand at approximately 9k units - not bad for an initial budget of £100. References available upon request.
