Understanding that there is not always one way to accomplish what you set out to do, I help find and support the best solutions that fit the operational needs by recognizing, trusting and leveraging individual and team skill and emotion.My life and work have taken me across the globe solo and part of diverse teams. Leading teams and being a team member in many different roles and environments has given me deep insight on leadership, team building and operations. As a team leader for many sensitive and life threatening missions, I understand operational efficiency and its impact. Understanding each individual on a team is essential to mission success, whether it is in military or private industry. I have led teams as small as four all the way to 70, domestically and internationally. I love building and working with teams and enabling them to accomplish their mission with focus and enthusiasm. Understanding the emotion of each team member, listening, validating and adjusting are important for team health and mission success. Creating, building and maintaining relationships is key to a successful outcome.
