• Monitored and resolved day to day site to site VPN issues. Managed and coordinated thirty new remote site installs monthly. Provided afterhours network support.
• Optimized and redesigned templates used to configure Cisco 800 series routers sent out to remote sites. Included redundant VPN tunnels, NAT, DHCP, SLA and routing.
• Configured network equipment at two datacenters for remote site access. This included a primary datacenter and a disaster recovery site.
• Created new templates for the team as new issues came up while supporting clients.
• Wrote a python script for a migration project. The script tested VPN connectivity to validate correct configuration. If there was an issue the script returned the site that needed attention. This resulted in saving.
• Wrote python scripts to help with day to day troubleshooting tasks. The script queries a MySQL database to retrieve data about remote sites as well as testing connectivity.

• Troubleshot horizontal cabling using Fluke MicroScanner. Created bids and installed new horizontal cabling. Configured and troubleshot access switches.
• Wired datacenter with over five hundred Cat6 terminations. Each line was validated and labeled.
