I supplement the existing operations staff in order to boost office efficiency and get projects done in a more timely manner. I also assess travel expenses and rewards to make sure we are charged and rewarded fairly for our expenditures. I also help out with travel planning, financial assessments, ticket sales, and other tasks on the non-football side of the program.

I work as a sales associate for Polo, so utilize the Ralph Lauren customer service strategy that includes asking open ended questions, so that customers give you more information about what they actually want to purchase. Using this strategy, during this past summer, we were able to get 20% ahead of our sales goal for the year. I also used RFID technology to improve our inventory tracking abilities which resulted in increased cycle count accuracy of 5%. I also encouraged customers to sign up for an account with Ralph Lauren, so we could build a larger customer database, and provide better, customized marketing to our customers.

I worked as a busboy at Ichigo for over a year, working to keep the restaurant clean for the customers. We also assisted the waitstaff in order to improve efficiency and overall customer experience. Because the food was cooked right in front of the customers, we had to ensure all surfaces were clean, not only to meet health standards, but also to make sure we had as many return customers as possible. At the end of each night we cleaned the restaurant extensively to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness was met.
