Spring semester marketing intern for the Dubuque Score Chapter.Helped with various marketing projects which included running the social media pages and doing research in order to help strengthen the awareness of the Dubuque Score Chapter and what it had to offer to the local businesses in the community.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

2015 summer sales and marketing intern for USA Track and Field. Moved to Indianapolis for the summer where I worked on selling sponsorship packages to upcoming events and races as well as helping with the creation of multiple marketing collateral pieces such as posters, flyer, and email marketing templates. Learned a great amount over the course of that summer as I was fortunate enough to work with a growing national governing body such as USA Track and Field which fell in line with my collegiate track career and marketing career goals.

Assisted in picking rosters for youth teams for our soccer, softball, and baseball leagues. Spent time working with equipment inventory, tracking and distributed to teams along with uniforms and trophies. Also spent time working as a site supervisor where I was in charge of making sure games at our largest park all ran smoothly with no issues. I gained a good understanding of all that is the sports department at a park district as well as getting the opportunity to see how other departments function such as camps, marketing, events, and the pool.
