Whilst working at this agency: I was responsible for managing the Social Media account for two corporate level clients and was made responsible for all of their SME client portfolio.This involved planning social media strategies across their client portfolio, researching insights, gathering data, engagement on social media, graphics design, search engine optimization and creating some videos for some clients too.Here's a list of the roles I took on whilst here:- Social Media Specialist - Graphic Designer- Video Creator- Search Engine Optimization Apprentice- Marketing Strategist - Content Writing- Copywriter - Sales (via Social Media)- Logo Design- Advertising of Business (with tangible results).I left due to a professional disagreement with one of the company directors.

I started my YouTube journey, learning the ins and outs of what it's like to 'be a YouTuber'. My YouTube channel focused on gaming and grew to a standard where I carried out reviews on triple a titles and other. This growth allowed me to explore other avenues such as having a website and setting up an affiliate scheme via some of YouTubes biggest partner networks.I provided content for some of Facebook's largest networks also being LadBible, Gamology and Unilad Gaming. This was an exciting time during this career. During this time, I was approached by networks such as Freedom, IGN and Machinima asking me to join their partner schemes where I chose to remain a solo YouTuber to maintain full rights to my work and revenue.However, due to a dramatic and unexpected change to YouTubes ad policies/revenue stream (in 2016) it prevented my continuation along this journey and I ended up having to remove my channel.This required many hours work each week, video editing skills, and it also allowed me to hone my marketing skills I use today. I proved it to be 'doable' when many where against the idea.Probably one of my proudest moments in my career. As an avid gamer and lover of all gaming, this was the most fun I'd had while working.

In 2012, I was asked to begin managing a security team comprised of 7 - 8 door supervisors. This promotion involved myself taking on one of the largest security teams within FGH (at the time). This role was centered around providing a safe and secure environment across the venue I was situated (Dalton Rooms, Lancaster). I took this position very seriously and me and my team were nominated for several awards whilst under my supervision (security team of the year being one). Aside from the nomination, I was selected for a reward for my professional development across the entirety of FGH, which I won (with a little trophy).During my tenure as Head Door Supervisor, I was endorsed by the now-previous Lancaster City Council Chief Executive (Mark Cunningham). He said that I was an asset to FGH and that my level of professionalism was on another level, he personally sent this to the company director.I was also commended by Lancaster's Licencing officer in 2012 for my outstanding performance whilst in the line of duty and was deemed "an asset to FGH". This was relayed back to me via an older Operations Manager at FGH.My responsibilities were to ensure the overall protection of the venue, clients, customers, staff and security team. I had to maintain a strong client-police-community relationship, which was not easy at all. My work ethic is unchallenged within this role and I am still the longest standing Head Door Supervisor at the venue.I left this career due to an event which myself and another colleague were involved in.
