With more than 16 years as a leader in the spa industry, I have been fortunate to experience this amazing industry from all ends of the spectrum. I have worked in holistic wellness-centered environments to medical results-oriented environments. I have also been able to work for mom-and-pop operations, corporate structures, and franchised models. My experience has given me a unique understanding of the spa and wellness industry. After a brief hiatus from the industry, I am coming back home to FGG Spa, LLC as the Vice President of Training and Education. This role is the culmination of my years of experience, and allows me to focus on the elements of Human Resources and Operations that I love: developing training programs, building consistency in experience across multiple locations, culture training, working with leadership to develop their skills and instill confidence to be the best possible leaders they can be, and identifying, nurturing, and guiding talent. My goal is to build the success of the business through training, education, and leadership development, ultimately providing the framework for a world-class client experience for every client that walks through our doors, as well as providing a work environment where our team members can thrive and grow their experience, abilities, and careers in the spa industry.
