Return Path is the expert in email deliverability, the way email marketers measure success at reaching subscribers' inboxes. Their SaaS offering provides insights and corrective action to improve deliverabilty, helping marketers drive more response and increased revenue.As Product Solutions Manager on the Innovation Labs team, I led customer development for email analytics beta products. I collaborated with Product and Analytics, providing the customer voice to yield new understanding of customer needs for email deployment and product testing opportunities.

Spearheaded research and outreach with Product to potential partners/acquisition targets, evaluating strategic fit.
