About Jake Deane
My professional lacrosse career led me to Chicago where I met my teammate, Mike Gabel. We realized there was a lack of quality lacrosse organizations in the Midwest. We founded True Lacrossein 2008 with a goal of building the best lacrosse program in the Midwest that could compete with the top teams in the nation. Twenty-three players from our first teams in 2008 went on to play in college. Since then, we have helped over 1,000 student-athletes compete at the collegiate level. The foundation of our company is to develop, partner, and succeed. Thanks to excellent coaching, the dedication of our athletes and their parents, and True Lacrosse employees, True is viewed as a leading competitor in club lacrosse. We continue to expand across the United States and in Canada while maintaining the highest standards for our coaches and athletes.
