In addition to continuing with my responsibilities as an Artworker, I also took on the responsibility of overseeing two other team members. In this new role I check the quality of their work and sign it off before it goes back to client and advise them on best practice, process, media and branding. I also assist the Studio Manager with process reviews, team meetings and stand in for him running the studio when he is absent. (Position now redundant)

Responsible for the production and sending of advertising artwork for local, national and online media often to tight deadlines. As such, the ability to deal with pressure, while maintaining high standards of quality and working accurately within brand guidelines is extremely important.
