Headed up the Sales & Business Planning Team for Timberland Europe. Collated and reported on regional budgets and profit margins working closely with all associated partners.

Responsible for Customer Service, B&M and Supply Chain for the Footwear Division. Also accountable for the Evisu and Accupuncture brands that were tied into the Group at that time.

Started with the Group as UK Merchandising Manager for the Caterpillar Brand. Progressed to European Merchandiser for said brand and finally became International Merchandising Manager for Caterpillar, Merrell, Paul Smith, Stride and Harley Davidson (all of which were part of the same Group).

Joined the company as UK Customer Service Manager. From there, progressed to UK Inventory Controller and finally Inventory Controller (EMEA). Responsible for range planning, OTB and purchasing and management of inventory.

Responsible for sales forecasts and inventory planning and to ensure a swift transition from factory to end customer via the DC.
