Developed a sales system with simplified pricing to ensure profitability and limit risk, obtaining near direct proptionalilty of revenue to cost. Simplified sales and quoting so effectively that Sales Managers could easily create a quote within a few minutes from their phone while at dinner with a clients. We also wrote the work instruction which is still in use today.
