Simplified sales and quoting so effectively that Sales Managers could easily create a quote within a few minutes from their phone while at dinner with a clients. We service all models of GE wind turbines, including onshore and offshore. - Implemented multiple process and system improvements to simplify and streamline project management and resource operations. Good systems are critical to optimal service organization operations for internal and external customers. - Awarded multiple power performance awards for developing new systems with global implementation. Developed multiple Smartsheet workspaces, worksheets, forms, reports, and dashboards to standardize, simplify, and streamline communication across multiple departments. Resource Manager II:- Paired with the Service Manager, we managed the entire FieldCore Wind Maintenance project across North America with ~100 Wind Technicians across +50 GE wind sites. - Directly managed +70 wind technicians. Engineering Milestones:- Developed new tooling: designed and validated a coolant pumping kit for replacing DTA coolant during the 5-year Annual Maintenance, which resulted in a total savings of $7k in labor for every 100 turbines serviced. The DTA pumping kit is now a formal GE tool kit available to all GE sites. - Developed a new part to resolve the repetitive failures of the pitch motor encoders on 20nm systems. Collaborated directly with Helwig Carbon to create grounding retro for old-style 20Nm pitch motors. GE Engineering estimated a savings of $1800 per motor by extending the life of the motor bearings.- Built a performance management system to track site operational data. - Integrated multiple data streams into one source to improve tracking of O&M data for GE and our customers. - Completed my bachelor’s Degree in Project Management while working full time as a Wind Site Manager.

- Supervised 24 union technicians across three shifts with the operation and maintenance of two utility departments for a 1.3 million square. ft. pharmaceutical factory. The purified water department and clean room HVAC department were considered critical systems and required to operate within very strict FDA and cGMP compliance to ensure purity and potency of the medicine. GE Lead Technician:- Supervisor for 7-15 wind technicians operating a 200-turbine wind power plant. - Advanced Troubleshooting and Repair Technician on GE 1.x ESS Wind Turbines.- Developed series of dynanic data recorders to capture and analyze trends if wind turbine converter faults, reducing the return to service time and increasing electrical production to grid. - Developed a new method to repair a common faulting component in the pitch motor system which reduced the repair cost 12x, reduced warranty burden, and reduced the time required to return the turbine to service. We also wrote the work instruction which is still in use today.
