- Interviewed, hired, and onboarded additional full-time Customer Support Associates within the company, while achieving 99%+ average 60-day customer satisfaction and median first reply times of 30 minutes or less- Engage with external customers/partners to ensure new in-app, partner-sponsored content is delivered to key stakeholders each week- Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new in-app partner rewards offered to Paceline app users; while also assisting engineers with QA testing, copywriting, design, and data reporting on the performance of in-app content- Coordinate with Product Managers to ensure the customer experience, along with any current common pain points, are evaluated when delivering new features to our core user base
