While working as a Site Development Intern at Network Building +Consulting, I have gained extensive knowledge of the telecommunications and wireless industry that has allowed me to complete a large array of projects. While being a member of the site acquisition team, I was able to work on the following:- Performing lease reviews on current cell sites that are in the process of modification and need technology upgrades- Compiling lease information necessary for amendments to current cell sites- Working with site acquisition team to narrow potential viable candidates for new site builds for Verizon & T-Mobile- Perform budget & pricing calculations for site acquisition as well as reviewing escrow account's used for engineering and construction billing- Acquire building, electrical, and zoning permit information from municipalities in the Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania area

LMI provides consulting for numerous parts of the public sector, including: Defense, Intelligence, Healthcare, Homeland Security, Energy & Environment, and Civil government.As an intern working on the executive floor I was able to concretely learn and implement skills that allowed me to confidently complete the following tasks:- Manage and produce expense reports for the Director of Administration- Review foreign worker's compensation accounts for LMI employees traveling and working outside the United States- Participate in environmental accounting and reporting webinars to gain knowledge of greenhouse gas emission calculations on a corporate level- Calculate and report greenhouse gas emissions to the Carbon Disclosure Project, a worldwide organization on the forefront of creating sustainable economies- Work with the accounting department on creating organizational metrics to ensure consistent reporting of rent and office energy consumption for headquarters and satellite offices
