I lead projects with Local Authority, NHS, and leading third sector clients. Projects focus on research, service development, innovation capacity building within partner organisations and strategic system transformation. My work spans health, social care, children and families, employment and local government.

Designing, developing & launching a brand new employability start-up: Backr. Leading service design work on proposition, customer journey, marketing, communications & process. The service is growing fast!

Working as a service designer at Participle to create the next generation of public services. I work across Participle’s projects on employment, health and aging using ethnographic user research, traditional market research, design analysis, concept generation, proposition development, co-design and service prototyping.

I researched and co-wrote the report Dying for Change with Charles Leadbeater. The report applies an innovation approach to end of life care in Britain and is now the basis of the long-term strategy of Help the Hospices, the UK’s umbrella organisation for Hospices.

I was responsible for strategic design and implementation of a programme of action research to build the capacity of young Roma people and their community. I conceived, fundraised for and delivered arts engagement projects that produced a children’s storybook used in schools nationally and a large-scale exhibition. I also designed and delivered training to over 200 public service professionals.

I carried out policy research and developed communication solutions for several projects. With Maslaha I created a video on living with diabetes that won awards from Diabetes UK.
