In this position, I refined my leadership and communication skills through the management of over 60 residents. I learned valuable disagreement resolution skills that allowed me to mediate arguments among residents and helped to build a more comfortable, happy environment in the residential hall. I also gained experience exercising effective time-management skills under heavy workloads.
